Best BBQ near Walnut Cove....well worth the 25 min drive.

Rarely saw the server and had empty drinks throughout most of lunch. The food was pretty bland, even after adding their sauce to it. Had to dump quite a bit of hot sauce on it to get any flavor.

Excellent choice for barbecue. I love this little place and have been coming here for family lunches and dinners since before I had even moved to North Carolina. Almost 9 years and counting. Great food, great sides, great staff. If you notice it off of 66, it doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let that fool you. This place is a tie for one of my two favorites in the state.

The food was delicious. The 3 of us had breakfast, sausage, eggs, hash browns, pancakes, gravy toast, French toast. All was great and fast service. I was surprised how friendly the staff and customers were! Nice change!

The sauce was amazing let me say that first!!! The service was the best!!!! (Could have said that first) this was a hidden gem right off the highway here in NC!!! The BBQ was on point and I really hope to one day be able to return here they feature Lexington still BBQ here and it was delicious to say the least it was a privilege to have stumbled upon this place we will never forget it!!!!

Best BBQ I've had in a long time. I believe they smoke it. It's delicious with or without BBQ sauce. My favorite is course chopped!

Mid-week lunch. Good service, so-so food. BBQ was cold(ish) and fatty. Sauce was standard eastern NC vinegar based only, but seemed weak and didn't help the BBQ (which, when good, shouldn't need sauce). Squash was very good, hot and a little salty. Limas were nothing special. Hush puppies were good. Service was excellent, prompt and attentive.

Had the sliced sandwich. Was lean but so moist you don’t need sauce as another said. Louise was very nice, sides were good also.

This was the best piece of country ham I've ever had. Apparently the trick is to ask for red-eye gravy cause then they cook the ham on the cooktop and it holds more flavor. I've only been for breakfast, but it was great. I'll return for bbq another time. The server and manager were both attentive and very kind. Only wish they had sourdough toast.

The staff is friendly and the service is fast, one star.It's a shame a pig gave it's life and was served this way. I'm not sure if this is how Lexington style pit bbq is suppose to taste. I ordered the course cut pork bbq, it was bland and had a very chemical taste to it. Do they use pressure treated lumber in the bbq pit? I'm very sensitive to MSG and I can guarantee the rub they use is the cheapest quality loaded with MSG. You can smell the awful smoke in the parking lot. I should have left. From my guess Lexington style means it's far from flavor town and the only thing there is a lumber mill that makes pressure treated lumber and electrical poles. It's a turpentine taste.....stay away from this style of BBQ, what a waste of a pork shoulder

Delicious ribs and our server was very friendly. We chose to ate outside and she did not forget about us! I will definitely come here again. The sides were delicious too and it just hit the spot. Just a note it's on Highway 66 and it's kind of a turn and you can see with the sign of a pig on it

Food is really good. Fresh tasting. Water isn't so fresh tasting, and it is definitely not the cleanest inside. Didn't check the bathrooms. They have a 93 rating...a little lower than what we are used to. It was between them and Dairio. Thankfully, they were saved (in my eyes) with the food...taste and portion!

This is Clark's BBQ. What more needs to be said? They've been here since I was a kid. Now as an adult passing through on a business trip, they still deliver that hometown goodness I remembered. Love this place.

Wasn't really a fan. Everything needed salt. The ranch dressing and the thicker BBQ sauce was good but thats about it. Don't think ill go back but however everyone was super friendly.

This bbq place offers breakfast. I had the tenderloin with gravy on a biscuit. It was excellent and the service was crazy good. The waitress keep me in coffee which is a task on its own.

This barbecue is awsome. Great place for the whole family to enjoy a great meal, that includes a great price and service.

Good for breakfaat, lunch, or dinner. They have lots of unexpected side. Nice family or friend eating environment. Feels kinda like home.BBQ available all day.

The food is good. Pulled pork is my favorite. Hush puppies are very good. The interior is looking rough and they need to work on that. Bathroom always looks like it needs to be cleaned. The vegetables used to be amazing but the last few times have been so peppery that we had to swap out. It’s sad because this used to be one of the best in Kernersville. I keep hoping the owner will put some love into it and get things right. It’s worth trying.

Not a fan. Mac-n-cheese was dry, the dipping sauce is straight up vinegar, the chicken was over cooked (also dry), and the pork skin tasted like they fried it in burnt oil. Everything else was average.
